@set ( <player> | <exit> | <room> | <thing> ) = (BOT | ROBOT)

    ROBOT players can't
   - use exits that are set ROBOT,
   - enter rooms that are set ROBOT, or
   - take things that are set ROBOT.

    Only robots may use OUTPUTPREFIX and OUTPUTSUFFIX.

    Only Gods can set players ROBOT.
    (Wizards can themselves ROBOT, but why bother?)
